Staffing Philosophy
Oriental Energy Resources Limited will employ qualified personnel on a timely basis and orient, train, and integrate them into the company's projects. It is expected that the bulk of the recruitment and training will occur upon successful appraisal of an economic discovery on OML-115. The company's principal staff strength shall be drawn from the large and experienced work force available in Nigeria, with an emphasis on employing qualified staff from our host communities.
