  • Key EHSS plans and procedures developed for the Ebok, Okwok and OML 115 
  • FSA- Formal Safety Assessment conducted at the onset of the EBOK Project 
  • Conducted Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) on 31st July 2010 
  • Conducted HAZOP for entire EBOK Project on 24th to 27th November 2009 
  • HAZID/HAZOP – for MOPU & FSO conducted with DPR in attendance (14th – 15th April 2010) 
  • Conducted Fire & Explosion Risk Assessment (FERA), Escape & Evacuation Risk Assessment (21st July 2010) 
  • FSO Engineering Safety Review conducted 6th & 21st April 2010 
  • Shallow hazard Survey conducted for every Well and submitted to DPR as part of well program

Environmental Studies

  1. Complete EIA for the Ebok Project conducted. Report submitted to and approved by DPR.
  2. Stand alone Environmental Management Plan for the Ebok Project Life Cycle developed and implemented.

Environmental Compliance Monitoring

  1. Mud & Cuttings Toxicity testing of arrays of the drill cuttings and mud in accordance with DPR requirements.
  2. Continue to Monitor Liquid Effluents discharges. Result indicate complete compliance with DPR limits. Reports submitted to DPR monthly.

Waste Management Plan

  1. Solid waste managed from cradle to grave.
  2. Drilling cuttings skip and shipped to DPR accredited waste treatment facility.
  3. Wastes appropriately manifested and records forwarded to DPR routinely.

Oil Spill Management Plan

  1. Oil spill management plan and contingency in place.
  2. No spill recorded till date.
