Mr. Richard Camp
Senior Manager
Serving as Oriental’s Chief Operating
Officer reporting directly to the Executive Chairman, Rick is accountable for
the oversight of all day-to-day operational activities involved with the
running of Oriental. Rick has over 20+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas
Industry including 12+ plus years in Africa. Before joining Oriental, he held positions of increasing
responsibility with Western Atlas Software in Europe, FSU and the Middle East;
Western Atlas E&P Services in the FSU and Nigeria; Brass Exploration
Ultd./Moni Pulo Ltd. in Nigeria; Baker Hughes E&P Solutions in Nigeria;
Randall & Dewey in Africa; and Halliburton Energy Services in Algeria. He holds a MEd in Administration and a BS Degree in Geology from Phillips University, Oklahoma. Rick has also done post graduate work towards an MS in Geology and an MBA in Marketing from Oklahoma State University. Rick is a member
of the Geological Society of America, Independent Petroleum Association of
America and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He joined Oriental in 2010.
Ambassador Mustafa Sam, mni
Senior Manager
Ambassador Mustafa Sam is the
Special Advisor to the Executive Chairman of Oriental with a broad portfolio
which includes Government relations liaison. Ambassador Sam has had a
distinguished career in serving Nigeria in many capacities during his 35 yrs in
the Foreign Service. He is the former Nigerian Ambassador to Egypt and Lebanon;
has served with the Nigerian Mission to the United Nations; is former Nigerian
High Commissioner to Australia; and within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs he
has held the posts of Asst. Director-General of Research and Statistics, Asst.
General-Director of Planning, and Chief of Protocol. Ambassador Sam holds a
diploma in French from the University of Dakar, Senegal; Diploma in French
Proficiency from the Institut Touraine, Tours, France; and is a Member of the
National Institute (mni) from the National Institute for Policy and Strategic
Studies, Kuru. He joined Oriental in 2010 and is also a Director with Starcomms
Limited and Member of the Board of Trustees of HERFON.
Mr. Abdulkadir Kollere

Abdulkadir
is Oriental’s GM of Finance and Administration in Oriental’s Maiduguri Office
where he advises the Chairman on financial and administrative matters as they
relate to the general business of Oriental. Abdulkadir has been with Oriental since 1992 and has risen
through the ranks to his present positions in his 18+ years with the
Company. He holds an MBA, a
Bachelors degree in Accountancy, and a PGDM in Banking and Finance all from
Maiduguri University, a PGPE in Petroleum Economics from Delta State
University, and additional coursework in Petroleum Evaluation and Investment
Decision, Global Oil Economics and Strategic Planning from Conoco’s Training
School. Abdulkadir is a member of
the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria as a Certified National
Accountant and the Institute of Certified public Accountants of Nigeria as a
Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Anslem E. Okere
Senior Manager
Anslem
is in charge of Community Relations. He is responsible for the Community
Relations initiatives, strategies and implementation of community relations policy.
Anslem has over 25 years cumulative work experience both in Public and Organized
Private Sectors. He joined Oriental Energy Resources in 1992.
Anslem has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the Ogun State
University, a PGD in Administration and is a member of the Chartered Institute
of Administration.
Mr. Mohammed Alibe
Senior Manager
Mohammed is Oriental’s Operations Geologist and is responsible for
overseeing the G&G work on Oriental’s assets. Before joining Oriental in 2006 he worked as a well-site
geologist for the Borno State Ministry of Urban and Rural Water Supply. He
holds a Bachelors Degree in Geology from the University of Maiduguri and a
Masters Degree in Petroleum Geosciences and Management from the University of
Manchester in the United Kingdom.
Mohammed is a member of the Council of Mining Engineers and
Geoscientists, the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists, Nigerian
Mining and Geosciences Society, and American Association of Petroleum
Geologists
Mr. William Lockhart

Serving as Oriental’s Joint
Venture Finance Manager, Bill is responsible for performing due diligence and advising Oriental on their
projects’ annual work program budgets, AFEs, contracts, and all financial
obligations as they relate to Oriental’s operations. He is an
Oil & Gas professional with 25 years experience with an insight into
technical operations of multiple Oil & Gas disciplines including a broad
perspective into pipeline, petrochemical, refining, engineering, exploration,
business law, and management. He
holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University, an
Associates Degree in Engineering Design from San Jacinto College, and
post-graduate work in Engineering from Texas A&M University and Business
Law/Contract Law & Informational Technology from North Lake College. Bill has been with Oriental since 2010.
